Volunteer

  • How can I volunteer?

    Fill out a background form and volunteer application and we will get in touch about opportunities. 

  • What kind of opportunities are available?

    Depending on your availabilty, you can help with our kids in our afterschool or summer programs. We have learning centers, STEAM, crafts and gym games. We also have fundraising events that utilize volunteers.

  • Where do you volunteer?

    Volunteers would help in our Club at 1405 Robins, Conway or at a fundraising event that would also be in Conway.

  • Do you have long-term volunteer positions?

    Long-term volunteers have typically been most helpful in our learning centers, art room and STEAM centers.

Employment

  • After School Employees

    After School employees work 2:45 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.

  • Summer Employees

    Summer staff work either morning or afternoons Monday to Friday. Hours are between 7:15 and 6 p.m.

  • What is the pay rate?

    Gym staff start off at $11 an hour. Learning Center instructors start at $14.

  • Is there an age requirement to apply?

    Yes, all employees must be 18-years and older.

  • What are the current job openings?
